Looking at buying a new fly rod and after doing a little bit of research and taking into consideration my lack of funds ive decided to get one of these three rods. The first is a flextec xrd44, the second is a Lacrosse custom Montana Series, and the third is a wild water tech 2. Does anyone have any experience with these rods? Currently I am leaning towards the flextec or the wild water, mainly because of the lifetime warranty but was looking for some input from those who have handled or use/used these rods. Any input would be appreciated

As a proud and happy owner of two Wild Water rods I can say you won't be sorry with them.
I have the 5'5" 3wt and absolutely love it! I use it mainly on Spring creek and it casts very well for such a short rod. The other one is the 11" 7/8wt 2 piece rod. The only drawback is that at 11' the two piece is a bit tougher to transport but I believe they have discontinued it in favor of the four piece. I'm not sure how the tech2 is but it might be my next purchase.
As for the warranty I can also speak first hand. I was fishing my 3wt one day and got the line wrapped around the tip of it without noticing it. I got a decent fish on and of course with the line wrapped around the tip I snapped it off. They stood behind the warranty 100 % and replaced it for the $35 handling fee. I had a problem with the drag on the reel which was also a Wild Water and they let me include that along with the rod for the same fee. Some manufacturers will make you send them separate for two different repair/replacements so I thought that was cool.

I also would second the Wild Water and have actually had 3 of them. I had a 9' 4 wt that I broke the tip on down in Pa, totally my fault. I did have to wait a while to get it replaced but only because it was a 2 piece that was being discontinued, and they replaced the entire rod with a new 4 piece rod, and they waived the fee because I had to wait for the rod. I also have the 11' 7wt but unfortunately the "cherry" is still unbroken on that rod. I have not tried either of the other two you mentioned altho I did see some flextec on eBay.

Like Dave said, I haven't tried the Flextec and so far have only seen them on Ebay. I think they are mostly sold in England from what I've seen. I'm not sure if there are any vendors stateside. They sell for a reasonable amount.
One nice thing about the Wild Water is that they are sold right here out of Rochester
Dave that cherry has to pop!!
I drove over the stream we had planned to fish before the deep freeze and it looks like it's beginning to open up.
Two weeks ago she was solid but tonight there was a good 8-10 feet of open water so we should get out there real soon and give the Wild Water a workout. I'll keep and eye on it and let you know.

I plan on using this rod on the salmon as well as on smaller tribs like cayuga and eighteen mile.

The flextec is an 11ft 4 piece 7/8wt
the wild water is a 9.6ft 2 piece 7wt
the lacrosse is a 9ft 2 piece 7wt

I have two wild water 7wt 4pc rods and have had no problems. I recomend them if you are on a budget. My sage has broken twice and the wild water not once. The only problem i had was with the reel I got with the combo. The drag wasnt as smooth after it got dunked.

I would recommend against the reels myself.
I ended up selling the reel on the 3wt combo in favor of a lamson. The drag system on the Wild Water sucks.

I have a Wild Water 7/8 switch rod that I am really happy with and would recommend to anyone! I fish it with an elixer switch line, single handed (so basically as a shooting head). It mends well, casts well, and was very affordable; the sections do not stay together very well, so I contacted the company and they told me as soon as the season was over I could ship it to them and they would give me a new one. Good company :)

he ended up switching at the last moment and got the tech II 7wt. haven't gotton the chance to use it yet but he's coming home this wknd. from how it feels right now im thinking about getting either the 8wt for salmon and steel next fall.

if the 3wt feels as good as the 7wt you should like it very much.

If you can swing it now would be the time to buy.
The tech-2's are all on sale through the website
http://shop.wildwaterfly.../TECH2-Fly-Rods_c14.htm
Normally $149 on sale for $75

I got out yesterday to fish inland with Wizard and have to say the Tech-2 is REALLY nice. It casts nice and throws heavy BH woolly buggers very well.
Dave and I each got into a pig of a fish. Even though I did a rookie stunt and pulled the hook out by raising the rod tip too high and put that little bit too much pressure on the fish, the rod did it's job to the letter.
I have to say that even at full price this rod is huge for the bucks.
